What you'll be doing Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles Building strong relationships with customers, candidates, recruiting partners and our local network Making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries and managing a busy call flow Visiting local businesses to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships Working towards clear targets with the support of a collaborative, experienced team Managing your own 360 desk with energy, ownership and ambition Who we're looking for Recruitment experience is not essential - we'll train you. What matters is your drive, personality and willingness to learn.
