What you’ll be doing

  • Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles
  • Building strong relationships with customers, candidates, recruiting partners and our local network
  • Making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries and managing a busy call flow
  • Visiting local businesses to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships
  • Working towards clear targets with the support of a collaborative, experienced team
  • Managing your own 360 desk with energy, ownership and ambition

Who we’re looking for

Recruitment experience is not essential - we'll train you. What matters is your drive, personality and willingness to learn. You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Love talking to people and building relationships
  • Enjoy being on the phone and feel confident making outbound calls
  • Have strong customer service experience and a target‑driven mindset
  • Are comfortable meeting business contacts face‑to‑face
  • Have good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Enjoy a different day every day
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • (Bonus) Hold an HGV entitlement, which is beneficial but not essential
  • Are proactive, organised and excited to grow your career
