We are seeking a Class 2 HIAB driver to join one of our clients based in Swadlincote. The job mainly involves loading up, delivering, and collecting pump and power gear from various customer sites, making sure everything's done safely and on time. The driver will also need to keep on top of the basic paperwork and checks that go with each hire, making sure everything is filled properly. This job is on days, with regular start times of 07:30. A driving assessment and induction will be required before being offered the position.
Job Requirements:
- Plenty of hands-on experience in HGV driving, including loading up, delivering, and picking up kit from different customer sites.
- HGV Class 2 (C) licence with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Valid CPC card and Digital Tacho card.
- HIAB licence with minimum 6 months experience.
- Comfortable working safely and independently, following Health & Safety steps at all times.
- Good with customers.
- Has a good eye for detail.
