An exciting opportunity has become available at Driver Hire Burton for an Office Administrator Apprentice. You will be supporting the team with a mix of admin and customer service tasks, handling both client and candidate enquiries, and helping with day to day office operations.
Duties:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls with clients and candidates
- Registering new candidates both online and in the office
- Accurately filing paperwork and maintaining records
- Checking licences and Right to Work documents
- Client and candidate management
- Updating and managing social media platforms and creating original content
- Carrying out additional office tasks as required
Qualifications Required:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above (If not already achieved, Functional Skills must be completed before the End Point Assessment.)
