Class1 HGV Driver

Pay: Day Shift, Monday to Friday = £17.50 per hour (Overtime available). Immediate starts available with ongoing work available through January.

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday (Weekends available)
• Varied start times from 4am
• 10 – 12 hour shifts

Description:

• General haulage across UK – usually imports
• Driving Class 1 curtain sider truck
• Generally 1 – 2 drops / collections per day
• Making deliveries to customers across whole of UK
• Stripping down of trailers
• Daily vehicle checks – reporting any issues
• Customer facing role with each drop

Skills / Qualification:

• Held Class 1 licence for 2+ years
• CPC and Tacho card
• No more than 6 points
• Good understanding of written and spoken English
