We\’re currently recruiting for a professional and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy transport team delivering flooring across the UK and Ireland. This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role that includes regular nights out and the opportunity to make a real difference in people\’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing daily vehicle checks and keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy
- Loading and unloading goods, ensuring everything is safely secured
- Providing excellent customer service during every delivery
- Monday to Friday
- Tramping 2-3 nights per week – £25 night‑out allowance paid per night
- Driving in accordance with UK road laws and EU driver hours regulations
- Handling and submitting fuel/expense receipts in line with company policy
Requirements:
- Full HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence at least 1 year experience
- Valid CPC card with at least 1 year remaining
- Experience using tail lifts, ratchet straps, and manual handling equipment
- Good knowledge of UK geography
- Understanding of EU driver hours and tachograph regulations
- Professional, polite, and safety‑conscious attitude
- Physically fit – some heavy lifting involved

- £16.00 per hour £21 per hour after 8 hours – paid weekly
- £25 night‑out allowance per night when tramping
