The Role
This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of roofing materials to various sites, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle with HIAB crane
- Delivering roofing materials to residential and commercial sites
- Loading and unloading goods safely using HIAB equipment
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid HIAB certificate (brick grab preferred)
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
