Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering adapted learning activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
- Help create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
- Foster independence and confidence in all learners.

Requirements
- Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
