Sub Agent: Murton
We are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent for a large earthworks framework based in Durham.
We can pay CIS/ Umbrella
Duties:
- Assess the plant and resource requirements to meet the demands of site and office based works.
- Produce / Approve method statements and risk assessments and ensure they are being followed throughout the works.
- Carry out checks of the scheme during construction on site.
- Prepare and deliver daily site briefings.
- Ensure Site Engineers complete setting out in accordance with design.
- Ensure Design Drawings are marked up to reflect works completed as the works are finished.
Requirements:
- CSCS card
- SMSTS
- Temporary Works Supervisor/ coordinator qualification
- First aid
- Heavy earthworks background is essential.
- 2 professional references
