Recycling Sort Line Operative FULL TIME

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recycling Sort Line Operative to join our successful client based in the in Hartlepool, TS25 2BE area. Our client specializes in Waste Management.

The right person will have to follow the shift pattern dayshift & nightshift

Pay rate: £12.21-£12.25, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday

Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday, dayshift 7am-7pm & nightshift 7pm-7am

Recycling Sort Line Operative – Duties & Responsibilities

As a Recycling Sort line Operative you will be responsible for the removal of recyclable material and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor in a safe and productive manner ensuring that pick rate targets are achieved.

• Separating & placing materials for further recycling in the appropriate chute
• Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor
• General Housekeeping and cleaning of machines & the operator cabins

Recycling Sort Line Operative – Person Specification

• Ability to follow shift patterns and work both days & night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time on your feet
