This full-time, long-term role involves working with children with complex needs, providing essential support to ensure their success in the classroom. Qualifications
- Must have an Enhanced DBS check (child and adult) or be willing to apply for one.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
- Experience working with children with complex education needs (preferred).
- Able to commit to working long-term/Full-Time.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (ETW).
- Professional references from recent employers.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs.
- Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans.
- Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management.
- Assistance with personal care and mobility as needed.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
