The Role:We are looking for a supportive, enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside experienced teaching staff and therapists to help create a positive, engaging learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support individual and small groups of pupils with learning activities, sensory needs, and emotional development
- Help implement personalised learning plans in line with EHCPs
- Promote independence, communication, and life skills through structured routines

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
