We are seeking to appoint a highly efficient and organized Receptionist/Administrator to provide a professional and welcoming reception and to carry out administrative tasks as necessary.
A diverse and vibrant school is looking for a friendly experienced Receptionist to join their front office and administration team. The school timings are from Monday-Friday and 8:00 am β 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities of working in this position:
General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management, and responding to student and teacher enquiries
Become a SIMS user and produce reports as when requested
Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
Act as the school\βs first aid coordinator
Assist the needs of organisations, contractors, and both prospective and current parents\β enquiries
To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked

Previous experience working in a school or administrative
Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
Right to work in the UK (Essential)

Excellent communication, confidentiality and professional skills
Ability to work with direct supervision and determine own workload priorities
