Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Cost Leadership: Developing precise cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts across all project phases.

  • Contractual Mastery: Administering various contracts (NEC, JCT), expertly managing drafting, negotiations, variations, claims, and final accounts.

  • Strategic Procurement: Contributing to procurement strategies, tender preparation, and detailed analysis.

  • Proactive Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and effectively mitigating commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Value Optimisation: Championing value engineering initiatives to achieve cost savings and enhance project value without compromising quality.
