We have an exciting opportunity to join our Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) Procurement team as a Procurement Data and Insight Analyst. It’s a vital role for the function utilising your analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across categories and suppliers.

Your Role
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across categories and suppliers.
- Develop, own and maintain procurement dashboards and visualisations using PowerBI
- Conduct spend analysis and support cost optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across procurement systems and reports.
- Support the implementation of procurement analytics tools and systems.
- Create automated reporting solutions to streamline procurement operations.

- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Working knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
