Your Responsibilities
- Supporting children\’s physical, social, and emotional growth through suitable activities
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of stimulating, play-focused learning opportunities
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment for all children
- Helping with daily care routines such as feeding, toileting, and nappy changing
- Building trusting, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and documenting children\’s development in line with EYFS standards
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working with young children in a Nursery or similar setting
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent preferred)
- A sincere passion for nurturing young children
- Patience, kindness, and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to complete one
