Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting children\’s physical, social, and emotional growth through suitable activities
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of stimulating, play-focused learning opportunities
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment for all children
  • Helping with daily care routines such as feeding, toileting, and nappy changing
  • Building trusting, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing and documenting children\’s development in line with EYFS standards
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can thrive

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working with young children in a Nursery or similar setting
  • Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent preferred)
  • A sincere passion for nurturing young children
  • Patience, kindness, and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to complete one
