A well-established family-run home improvements company is looking for an experienced Joiner / Head Installer to take the lead on high-quality window, door, and bespoke joinery installations.
If you’re a skilled installer who takes pride in top-class workmanship and wants long-term stability with a respected local business, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing timber & PVC windows and doors to a high standard
- Leading installations on site and overseeing jobs from start to finish
- Measuring up, preparing materials, and coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as a key company representative
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in joinery and window/door installation
- Confident working independently and leading a small crew
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and industry standards (GGF knowledge preferred)
