Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Cleaning & Maintenance Operative (Nightshift) to work with our client, who is a Waste Management specialist, based in Carberry EH21 area. Immediate Starts for the right candidate.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 18.00 - 6.00
Pay rate: £15.00
SIGN ON BONUS £200! Terms and conditions apply
Main duties:
- Follow all site safety rules (reporting procedures, PPE/RPE, smoking policy, emergency procedures)
- Cooperate and follow site management instructions (other duties as and when required)
- Use pedestrian walkways and crossings
- Operate plant and equipment as trained and authorised to do so
- Ensure that the working environment is kept clean, tidy and free from hazards, and that materials are stored safely at all times
- Use both water hoses and vacuums to clean the plant and surrounding area
- Understand and follow procedure for segregating various materials and tipping zones
