About the Role
Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you\’re looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is a requirement, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
There\’s a role for everyone in retail. We prioritize excellent service, welcoming stores, and \’extra special\’ products. We work as a team to deliver a great shopping experience through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working alongside the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.
About You
You\’ll be naturally friendly and eager to work with your team to achieve great results. You\’ll have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments. Full training, including operating cleaning machinery, will be provided. You will care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining the highest cleaning standards both inside and outside the store. Strong communication skills are essential to respond promptly to requests and handle customer queries effectively.
