We are looking for a motivated and responsible lorry driver who holds a valid ALLMI HIAB certificate to cover our clients\β peak period. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- There will be a Saturday shift every other week
- Safely operate the lorry equipped with a remote HIAB crane
- Load and unload materials using the HIAB following safety regulations
- Transport goods in a timely manner
- Secure and unload cargo using the HIAB crane in a safe and efficient manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a strong commitment to safety
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Start times might vary from 6:00 to 8:30
Job Requirements
- Valid HIAB certificate from ALLMI category C5
- Immediate start
- Previous experience as a lorry driver
- Full and clean driving license
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dark pants
- High viz jacket
- Steel toe capped boots
- PPE must be worn on assignment
