We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Driver to join our client\’s team on a temporary basis in Galashiels. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a ride-on roller on site, ensuring compaction works are completed to a high standard in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a ride-on roller safely and efficiently
  • Carry out compaction works as directed by the site supervisor
  • Daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth site operations
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements on site

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller Ticket
  • Previous experience operating rollers on construction sites
  • Full PPE
  • Good understanding of site safety

This is an ASAP start, due to run for around 5-6 weeks

Hours will be Monday to Friday 07.30-19.30

£16.80ph PAYE
