A successful Residential practitioner will be responsible for:
- Provide constant supervision and care for children in a residential setting.
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.
- Offer guidance and education to families on parenting and child development.
- Connect families with community resources and support services.
- Conduct home visits to assess living situations and provide in-home support.
- Work towards family reunification when possible.
To be successful in your Residential practitioner application, you will:
- Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK
- Have strong communication skills
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Full driving license (Preferred)
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
