We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in keeping our clients' site running safely and efficiently, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment performs at its best. You’ll be involved in preventative maintenance, fault finding, electrical/mechanical repairs, and continuous improvement projects. Full training will be provided on our specialised equipment.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Calibrate and maintain production and plant equipment.
  • Support production operations during busy periods.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to site improvement and efficiency initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualifications: HND/NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a maintenance or manufacturing role.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, good IT knowledge, and attention to detail. Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Desirable: 17th Edition Electrical qualification and experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Flexibility: Able to work occasional overtime when required.
