Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.
You will join our depot team for in-person coaching and attend online training sessions with our Talent Development team, learning valuable business skills from capable mentors. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our focus on employee development ensures that you will have a well-rounded training experience, and the Customer Assistance Representative role offers fantastic progression opportunities via our in-house training and development roadmap.
We encourage all our employees to be the best they can be, and we reward your commitment as you progress on our development roadmap, where you can increase your salary by £1000 in your first year in the role. As you complete each task on the training roadmap, your understanding and competence in that area will be assessed and accredited by your leadership team. There will be lots of different knowledge checks and activities along the way, so you will always be taking the next step in your learning with us.
On your completion of the roadmap (which usually takes around 10 months), you will earn your first promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative, and the development opportunities don’t stop there! You will then be eligible to join our leadership development programme where you will learn more about Fleet Logistics and Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations, working towards a further promotion to Lead Customer Assistance Representative and earning bonuses as you build your skills to prepare you for management opportunities and future career growth with Enterprise.
Hours: 42.5 per week, Monday - Friday, 07:30/8:30 - 16:30/17:30
Location: Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, 39 Nuneaton St, Glasgow G40 3JT
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting operations through excellent administration skills and close attention to detail.
- Developing new business and building on current relationships.
- Focusing on revenue opportunities and cost controls.
- Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Learning about sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management.
Key tasks/responsibilities include:
- Building customer relationships.
- Communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Marketing the business and building long-term relationships.
- Account Management duties.
- Handling customer requests.
- Problem solving.
- Working to deadlines.
- Administration duties.
- Management of multiple deadlines in a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks.
- Working as part of a team and individually when required.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- No Driving Licence is required for this role - Just the ability to commute to and from the office.
