We are excited to announce new opportunities for Claims Administrators to join our Rental Claims Services department at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

The Claims Transfer Representative (CTR) assists with the administration of RCS (Rental Claims Services) UK office. They identify applicable liability coverage on claims and facilitate acceptance of liability exposures for claims on our rental fleet. Claims experience is not required; full training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Handle telephone coverage for Rental Claims Services (RCS) mainline
- Update system notes and data fields
- Maintain a current workflow (diary)
- Research and identify payment/refund queries
- Distribute incoming digital mail and email
- Gather supporting documentation to facilitate the establishment of new RCS vendors
- Communicate effectively with renters, insurance carriers and other parties as necessary.
- Successfully manage conflict during difficult or emotional situations
- Respond promptly and appropriately to requests (insurance information, Rental agreements etc.) from renters, insurance carriers and internal contacts
- Promptly notify supervisor/manager when a claim needs to be reassigned to a claims adjuster
- Document/explain reasons for decisions and recommendations
- Determine primacy of liability coverage according to laws and marketing agreements
- Provide legal foundation for coverage positions
- Determine potential sources of liability coverage through phone contact and/or information searches
- Facilitate transferring liability exposures to appropriate liability carriers
- Verify limits of available coverage
- Identify claims that require handling by a claims adjuster and distribute
- Determine excess exposure potential and no liability exposure claims
- Time management skills, deadline orientated
