The Role

Recruitment Consultant

You will be responsible for building and developing your own recruitment desk using hot, warm & cold leads:

  • Proactively winning new clients through outbound BD and relationship building
  • Developing accounts within logistics, industrial, warehousing, or commercial sectors
  • Spending time in the local area seeing customers / potential customers face to face
  • Managing temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent placements
  • Delivering a high-quality, compliant recruitment service
  • Account Management
  • Building long-term client partnerships
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to clients

Requirements:

  • 13 years recruitment experience
  • Confidence picking up the phone and opening new doors
  • Experience in logistics, industrial, or commercial recruitment
  • Previous success building a desk or client base
  • Uncapped gross-margin based bonus
  • Bonus for taking on call, once trained
