Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles during night shifts.

  • Open curtains for inspection and scanning as required.
  • Operate handheld scanning equipment and record movements accurately.
  • Complete trailer swaps efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs and paperwork.
  • Follow all company policies, DVSA regulations, and road safety laws.

About You

  • Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
  • Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous experience with trunking or night work preferred.
  • Reliable, professional, and confident working independently.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail.
