The Role:
- As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, ensuring excellent service while maintaining compliance with all transport regulations and company procedures.
- The role may involve multi-drop deliveries, palletised goods, building materials, food distribution, or other transport operations depending on client requirements.
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle.
- Load and unload goods where required.
- Follow planned routes and delivery schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service at all delivery locations.
Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of road safety and transport legislation.
- Minimum 2 years Class 2 experience.
- Experience in multi-drop deliveries.
- Knowledge of local and regional road networks.
- Forklift or HIAB qualification (advantageous but not essential).
