Our client are looking for a dependable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team, delivering tyres across Ireland and the UK. This role involves manual handling, so physical fitness and a proactive attitude are essential.
Role Overview:
- Week 1: Local deliveries with 2 overnight stays in Ireland
- Week 2: UK coverage, departing Sunday, returning Tuesday/Wednesday
- Delivering tyres to various locations, ensuring safe and timely drop-offs
- Manual handling of tyres during loading and unloading
- Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining vehicle standards
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience in manual handling and multi-drop deliveries preferred
- Experience covering Ireland and mainland UK
- Good communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work away from home on scheduled overnights
