HGV (C) Class 2 driver required for immediate start in Wilstead, Bedford. Our client, a leading supplier of chilled, ambient and frozen goods, requires a HGV (C) Class 2 driver to support their delivery team. As a HGV (C) Class 2 driver, you will be helping our client maintain their reliable service by delivering to sites within a radius of 40 miles from Bedford. This opportunity is Temp-Perm with 12 weeks full time work through us before transferring over to our client on a permanent basis.
Shift Pattern: 5am starts. Tuesday - Saturday. 40 hrs a week minimum.
HGV Class 2 Driver Responsibilities:
- Multi drop role (4-10 drops depending on distance) delivering to the Hospitality Industry (Restaurants, Pubs) and Schools.
- Some manual handling involved, as you will be handballing the goods with sack barrow to the customers.
- Working in an environment where safety, performance and efficiency is key.

Qualifications or Requirements of the HGV (C) Class 2 driver:
- A valid Class 2 (C) Drivers Licence.
- No more than 6 points or endorsements on your driver's licence.
- A valid CPC and Tachograph card.
- 2 x Referees.
- New Passes Welcome.
