Days Required & Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 06:30 am starts, Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy
Description Of The Customer: Our client in Northampton (Brackmills) is hiring a Class 2 driver for a permanent position. The role involves delivering various products to new build sites and merchants for a building supplies company.
Full Description Of The Role (duties):
- Perform vehicle checks and inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order.
- Working to a delivery schedule and informing customer of any issues/delays.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Deliveries and collections to customers across the UK.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Valid C licence (Class 2)
- Moffett Licence Preferred But Not Essential
- Valid Tachograph & CPC
- No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
- Minimum Of 12 Months Class 2 Driving Experience
