Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Goods In / Despatch Inspector to join a busy manufacturing workshop based in the Inverurie area. This is a varied role responsible for managing incoming materials, preparing customer orders for despatch, and ensuring all items are handled, stored, and packaged safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt and process incoming materials using the company computer system
  • Store and distribute materials safely and efficiently
  • Prepare customer orders for despatch
  • Use internal systems for receipting and despatch activities
  • Carry out dimensional checks on raw materials
  • Assist with annual stock takes
  • Conduct weekly stock checks of packaging materials
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Computer literate with good attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
