Driver Hire Winchester is looking for reliable, hardworking Class 2 (Cat C) drivers to join our team. For this Temp to Perm position you’ll be working with a respected client, playing a key role in keeping the local community clean and running smoothly. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

As a Class 2 driver, you’ll be responsible for collecting waste along a set route, working alongside a team to ensure efficient and timely collections.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Early starts between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
  • 7.5-hour shifts with early finishes
  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle
  • Hands-on work including lifting and loading bin bags

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence with Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement
  • Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
  • Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
  • Good level of fitness (this is a physical role)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Own transport to commute to site
