We are looking for a motivated and responsible lorry driver who holds a valid ALLMI HIAB certificate to cover our clients' peak period. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:- There will be a Saturday shift every other week.
- Safely operate the Lorry equipped with a remote HIAB crane.
- Load and unload materials using the HIAB following the safety regulations.
- Transport goods in a timely manner.
- Secure and unload cargo using the HIAB crane in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Start time might vary from 6:00-08:30.
- Valid HIAB certificate from ALLMI.
- Immediate start.
- Previous experience as a lorry driver.
- Full and clean driving license.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dark pants.
- High viz jacket.
- Steel toe capped boots.
- PPE must be worn on assignment.
- Flexible working hours.
- Weekly pay (in arrears).
