Driver Hire Ayrshire is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Ayr for a Production Operative/Labourer to join their team with an immediate start available. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment and would suit candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties throughout the working day.
Duties Include:
- Palletising products
- Manual handling of 20kg-25kg bags and buckets
- Labelling and packaging finished products
- General plant hygiene and cleaning tasks
- Assisting with production operations as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00
Candidate Requirements:
- Good level of physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, labouring, or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
Important: Candidates must be able to reliably attend the 07:00 start time. Due to the location and early start, access to your own transport is highly desirable.
