Class 2 HIAB Driver – Ashford Area – £16.00-£17.93/hr (PAYE)
Driver Hire Ashford is currently recruiting a skilled and motivated Class 2 HIAB Driver for ongoing work across the Ashford area. Whether you’re an experienced HIAB operator or a newly qualified driver with the right licence, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
- Start times between 06:00 – 08:00, Monday to Friday
- Work with a variety of reputable clients including builders’ merchants, fencing suppliers, and ironmongery companies
- Operate HIAB equipment (brick clamp, hook, or clamshell – ideally remote)
- Deliver building materials and assist with on‑site tasks when needed
- Ensure all paperwork and deliveries are completed safely and on time
What You’ll Need:
- Cat C (Class 2) licence, CPC, and Digital Tacho Card
- A valid HIAB licence (remote preferred but not essential)
- Commercial driving experience is ideal, but we welcome new pass drivers
- Able to work in and around Ashford, Folkestone, Canterbury
- Full PPE and a reliable Sat Nav
