7.5 Tonne Driver (C1) – Ongoing Work – Ashford & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour (PAYE)
Location: Ashford, Pluckley, Canterbury, Folkestone, Cranbrook
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-time or Part-time | Start times: 06:00-08:00
Driver Hire Ashford is recruiting for a dependable and hardworking 7.5 Tonne Driver (C1) to support a variety of clients across the Ashford region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for regular, ongoing work, with the potential for permanent roles and further career development.
Your Role:
- Monday to Friday work with start times between 06:00 – 08:00
- Complete multi-drop deliveries to local businesses and customers
- Work across a variety of sectors including motor parts, retail, chilled/frozen food, and building supplies
- Maintain a high level of customer service on-site and on the road
- Complete relevant delivery paperwork and vehicle checks
What You Need:
- Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Commercial driving experience is preferred – however, newly qualified drivers are welcome
- Based in or able to commute to Ashford, Folkestone, Canterbury, Cranbrook, or surrounding areas
- Full PPE and Sat Nav required
