Location: Near Inverurie

Pay: Β£14.30 hr

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am – 4:30pm (some flexibility may be required)

We are looking for a motivated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at a leading modular building and construction solutions provider based near Inverurie. Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting planning information and maintaining accurate records
  • Ordering materials and assisting with stock takes
  • Updating Health & Safety training records and maintaining Health & Safety folders
  • Updating material and labour costs to support KPI reporting
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
