Delivery Driver (Self Employed)

\\nWe’re seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join one of our logistics service providers. This is a Delivery Driver role where you’ll spend the majority of your day out on the road - so a passion for driving is a plus! Predefined routes and presorted packages are provided. So, once you've conducted your safety checks and loaded up, you can simply head off and drive.

Responsibilities:

- Load vans and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safely \\n
- Adhere to all safety regulations on the road \\n
- Operate an electronic device for GPS route guidance \\n
- Greet and interact with customers with a professional and positive attitude \\n
Requirements:

- Must be self employed \\n
- Independent problem solver with good communication skills in English \\n
- The ability and willingness to be able to use stairs to deliver packages \\n
- Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kg.) \\n
- Full and valid UK or EU Manual Driving License (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes) \\n
- Must pass a criminal background check \\n
- Must pass a drug & alcohol test \\n
- Where vans are provided, they are held overnight at the station therefore you must be able to commute to and from the station \\n
- Must be at least 18 years old \\n
