We are a professional cleaning and maintenance company operating across Central London, looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Cleaning Supervisor Driver to join our Operations Team. The role involves supervising and supporting cleaning teams, transporting equipment and supplies, carrying out quality checks and ensuring services are completed safely and to company standards.,

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple properties.
• Transport cleaning equipment, supplies and materials.
• Ensure teams have the necessary resources to complete their work.
• Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Support cleaners with operational issues when required.
• Report access issues, damages, shortages and other concerns.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Team and cleaning staff.
• Ensure company equipment and vehicle are handled responsibly.
  Previous experience in cleaning supervision or a similar role.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience in London.
• Confident driving a medium-sized van.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English required; English and Spanish highly desirable.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  £3,000 per month
