Duties
- Load, secure, and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Plan optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules
- Interact professionally with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards
- Complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure safety and professionalism at all times
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record suitable for commercial driving responsibilities (no more than 6 points).
- Must have your own car/bike
- Must have your own vehicle insurance
- Proven experience as a delivery driver preferable
- Strong knowledge of driving safety procedures and traffic laws
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading cargo.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
