With a GOOD CQC rating, this family-run residential care home provides high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment to work in. Due to the retirement of their current manager, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the home into its next chapter.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Support daily operations to deliver safe, high-quality, compliant care
- Assist with staff recruitment, development, and rota management

Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Senior management experience in a care or residential setting, preferably elderly or dementia care
