About the job

Can you create clear, accurate case files that help drive successful DVSA prosecutions? Have you got the focus and confidence to quality-check documents, manage deadlines, and keep courts and colleagues fully in the loop? Are you ready to deliver essential back-office support that keeps Roadside Enforcement running smoothly? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

This role plays a key part in supporting DVSA's enforcement activity by ensuring case information is prepared to a high standard and progresses smoothly through the justice system. You'll work closely with courts and internal teams to keep cases on track, resolve queries, and maintain strong administrative controls. Alongside prosecution support, you'll also underpin the delivery of fixed penalty processes, helping the organisation uphold safety and compliance on the roads.

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days annual leave), plus 8 bank holidays.
