As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the management of contracts ensuring buildings are compliant. The Estate currently covers over 400 properties across the UK. The role holder will undertake site visits regularly to manage the facilities, ensuring that the main buildings are meeting regulations and assisting your colleagues with any challenges they are facing with their facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake site visits to ensure the service provided by the facilities contractor meets the standard set out in the contract specification.
- Ensuring that any sub-standard work is raised in the compliance visit report and escalated through appropriate channels as necessary.
- Assist in the management of the Total Facilities Management contract by adhering to the timelines agreed for reports and escalations.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and meetings as required to improve contract performance.
