The Hearing Centre Team Manager sits at the heart of the Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC), supporting the statutory work of the Traffic Commissioners who regulate and license HGV, LGV, and PSV operators, oversee driver standards, and adjudicate on key transport matters. This role leads a dedicated team responsible for preparing casework for public inquiries and hearings, ensuring evidence is robustly collated, deadlines are met, and all activity aligns with statutory and operational requirements.

Working closely with commissioners, legal parties, and internal teams, you will help deliver fair and efficient outcomes, while driving team performance and continuous improvement.
