Role Overview
The Earned Recognition team is a small enforcement team providing vital support to achieve DVSA\βs goals of safer driving, roads, and journeys. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, analyzing data, and assessing compliance through various indicators. You will need to make robust decisions, support colleagues, and contribute to the development of the Earned Recognition scheme.
Responsibilities
- Investigate prohibitions and notices issued within the business, gathering evidence to evaluate notices.
- Manage the Earned Recognition Scheme mailbox, responding to inquiries, processing reports, and monitoring KPIs.
- Analyze data from operators regarding the ER scheme, assess application data, monitor KPIs, and liaise with operators for actions.
- Review and improve internal and external forms, guides, and information for better usability.
- Collaborate with team members to assess cases and decide on further actions, including case review meetings.
- Maintain good relationships with stakeholders such as Traffic Commissioners, Operators, Audit Providers, IT Suppliers, and others.
