If so, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join us at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for application of Business Analysis tools and techniques to define and validate digital projects, products and services, ensuring they are aligned to DVSA's strategic objectives.
- Define business requirements (goals, objectives, needs), stakeholder requirements, solution functional and non‑functional requirements and transition requirements.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, technical colleagues (e.g. software developers, testers) and other business analysts to continuously improve digital solutions and deliver value to customers and the business.
- Support the maintenance, refinement and prioritisation of the product backlog, coordinate communications, and facilitate the resolution of risks, issues and changes.
- Challenge constructively and act as a critical friend to achieve fit‑for‑purpose solutions; facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet user needs.
