As a Graduate Trainee Accountant at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), you’ll join a team delivering high-quality financial services while supporting road safety across Britain. You’ll rotate through Financial Control, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Business Partnering, gaining broad experience in core accounting areas. Full support is provided to achieve a professional qualification with ACCA or CIMA, including funded training, exams, study leave and mentoring, with strong progression opportunities on qualification.

  • Deliver excellent, customer-focused financial services through placements in different finance teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and processes.
  • Complete assignments as required as a part of this role.
  • Ensure the accuracy, validity, and quality of financial information.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring due process is followed.
