We are looking for three Product Managers to join our team, to articulate the vision for all digital products delivered by the Driver Services Platform (DSP). Ensuring that product development aligns with the Full Business Case (FBC) benefits and delivers improvements, whilst being accountable for a clearly defined, prioritised product backlog, ensuring value is delivered to users. This is a varied and fast paced opportunity where you will have the prospect of working with multiple suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Service Manager to develop the vision of DSP product(s) and ensure effective communication to the immediate and wider service team and relevant key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to their team of Product Specialists (PS) to ensure they can provide detailed product knowledge and deliver products in line with the service vision.
- Work with the Service Owner, ensure the business benefits are achieved.

About you
Applicants are required to hold a professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Technical Product Manager, Certified Product Manager, or equivalent product management qualification. You will be required to provide evidence that you hold any essential qualifications at some point during the recruitment process. If you cannot provide evidence, your application will be withdrawn.
Required experience
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
- Experience of leading and/or working in a project environment with multiple outsourced suppliers.
- Experience of managing a live IT Service in an agile environment.
- Experience of stakeholder management in a complex environment.
- Experience of using visualisation techniques such as product roadmaps to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups about the direction of digital product development, prioritisation decisions and timescales.
