Salary: £30,485 - A Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97%. Candidates based in Yeading will receive the London Weighting allowance of £4,000.

You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively for the Driver Services Business Services team, with a strong service focus that contributes to the effective delivery of Operations frontline services.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the Operations mailboxes, ensuring requests are triaged, escalated, and monitored as required.
- Act as secretariat for key meetings and networks across Operations, drafting agendas, arranging guest attendance, taking action points, and assigning these to responsible owners.
- Extract and share information pertaining to driver services risks with internal stakeholders as requested.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to prioritise effectively.
- Experience of working closely with Senior Managers in an administrative role.
- Experience in a range of administrative and project related roles.
- Experience in a range of Microsoft IT packages including Office 365 tools such as Forms and live events, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A clear understanding of corporate risk management and governance.
